Beyond Physio is currently contracted with Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Pacific Source Commercial Plans.  We are not contracted with Medicare or any Med-Advantage plans and are not seeing patients with these insurances.  All other insurances are out-of-network. 

Payment is required at time of service.  A superbill will be provided for out-of-network insurances for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.  For the most accurate information on your plans specific out-of-network benefits, contact your provider.    

We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards as well as health saving account (HSA) or flexible savings account (FSA) payments. 

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to a good faith estimate. We strive to be transparent with our fees. Treatment is voluntary and you are not required to schedule additional appointments.
