Meet Beth

Beth Templeton Lemmon DPT, CFMT, FAFS

Beth specializes in functional manual therapy, neuro-meningeal mobilization, visceral mobilization, and corrective exercise.  Discovering the “why” behind a complex pain presentation is very important to Beth as she develops individualized treatment plans with you at the center.

She graduated from University of Puget Sound in 2007.  In 2015 she was certified as a Functional Manual therapist through the Institute of Physical Arts after completing a year long residency and mentorship at Comprehensive Physical Therapy and Oregon Neurosport in the Eugene, Oregon area. Continuing education has recently focused on training through the Barral Institute in visceral mobilization, neuro-meningeal mobilization and cranial sacral therapy. She is a lifelong learner and continues to pursue opportunities to learn and grow as a therapist.

Outside of work, you will find Beth adventuring outside with her husband Dustin and dog Marley.  From hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, road cycling, working in the garden or reading a book, she is happiest when she is in the dirt with family and friends.

“It's the trying that heals you. That's all you have to do. Just try.”
